Pins come from the local database, so they still show in airplane mode. The street map needs network.

How work is designed
You never edit the ticket the office sent.
Dispatch — or you, on the phone — can create a job ticket. Labor happens on a copy. Completing freezes that copy.

Start work copies inbound to your outbound document. Inbound stays read-only.

Work offline — photos, parts, notes, employee chat, asset map. Each save appends history (what changed, when, where).

Complete freezes the copy. The office owns it. Forgot a photo? Add a follow-up sheet that points at the original.

Submit / sync pushes your copy. If they reassigned the job in a basement, Today shows Reassigned — your paper still goes up.

Today keeps replication status on the clock row, immediately after the time.

Demo has no replicator, so Today shows a yellow dot and no elapsed/count. Other tabs use a one-line bar: Connected, Not connected, N waiting to send, or Local only.
